Karen Morgan (right) has been a certified rowing coach for over ten years. She began coaching with ROCCREW in 2012 and recently returned to us last season. Karen emphasizes conditioning, and the importance of stretching before and after each row to increase flexibility and avoid injury.
Stephanie
Stephanie started her rowing career with Fairport Crew in 8th grade and quickly fell in love with the sport. She rowed in the bow seat for the Ithaca College varsity for three years until a back injury in her junior year. Senior year, Stephanie coxed the varsity men’s 3V. After graduation, she spent the summer coaching for Fairport’s Adult Learn to Row program and loved every second of it.
